Renovation of an educational facility in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Homer High School Coil Replacement. The project consists of the following: There are 5 failed air handler units with 7 coils in need of replacement at Homer High School. Coils need to be purchased and the old ones removed and replaced with new. AHU 7 and 8 will need a 4" set of pre filters installed on the intake. A pre-bid conference will be held at Homer High School, 600 E Fairview Ave., Homer, Alaska on March 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. I have electronically verified my bid bond; I have provided a copy of my cashiers check; or my bids is less thant $100,000 Questions deadline: 3/28/23 at 9:00 AM
