Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Homer, Alaska. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
All bidders must submit a current State of Alaska business license, State of Alaska construction contractors license and proof of insurance. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal of current staircase If needed, repair of cement landing Installation of exterior staircase to IBC and OSHA building standards Bids should include the use of treated outdoor lumber or galvanized steel for stringers, risers, baluster, newel posts, guard posts, guard rail, two landings and structural posts. Stainless steel should be used for deck screws, bolts and hardware. Contractor must guarantee work for a minimum of three years.
