Bids received after the time fixed for receipt of the Bid shall not be considered. All Bidders must submit a City of Homer Plan Holders Registration form to be on the Plan Holder's List to be considered responsive. This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications. Quantities required shall be adjusted annually by Public Works. For the 2023 Contract year, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: I. Furnish and deliver 2000-3000 cubic yards' vehicle measure winter roadway sand as specified. II. Furnish & deliver 500 - 1000 cubic yards' vehicle measure of 1 1/2 " minus gravel as specified. III. Furnish & deliver 200 cubic yards' vehicle measure of Type II gravel Base course as specified.
