The proposed improvements to the project area will consist of a new drainage trunk line extending from NW D Street to Hook Street with branch lines running along Jackson Street, NW F Street, NW Street, Jefferson Street, and Huffman Street. This will include, but not limited to; demolition Of existing curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways, asphalt driveways, sewer lines, water lines, and sanitary sewer manholes; remove and salvage signs, water meters, fire hydrants, and pipe culverts. New construction includes, but not limited to; sidewalks, ramps, concrete driveways, asphalt driveways, asphalt patching, curbs and gutters, underground utilities, storm drainage structures and pipes, and modifications to existing storm pipes and structures. Additional Pre Bid Meeting Note: The Pre-Bid Meeting is not required to be eligible to submit a Bid; however, attendance is highly encouraged to review the Scope of Work. The Pre-Bid Meeting will begin at 1:00 PM sharp. Bidders are encouraged to notify Purchasing that they have downloaded the Bid Packet to ensure they are on the distribution list for Addenda and/or Q&A.
