Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Walton Boulevard Intersection Improvements project consists of improvements to two intersections on Walton Boulevard, Walton Boulevard and Medical Center Parkway (Bid Schedule 1) and Walton Boulevard and SE J Street (Bid Schedule 2). The Walton Boulevard and Medical Center Parkway Improvements project (Bid Schedule 1) includes, but is not limited to, the widening of Medical Center Parkway, drainage improvements, retaining wall construction, guardrail installation, traffic signal improvements, and water and sanitary sewer relocations as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. The Walton Boulevard and SE J Street Improvements project (Bid Schedule 2) includes, but is not limited to, the widening of SE J Street and SE Dodson Road, the addition of a dedicated right turn lane on the east leg of Walton Boulevard, drainage improvements, traffic signal improvements, and water and sanitary sewer relocations as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Site Directions: From I49, take exit 85 westbound on SE Walton Boulevard and travel 0.4 miles to project site. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is Wednesday, March 22 nd, 2023, at 4:30 PM CST.
