The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations: Crafton Tull, 901 N 47th Street, Ste 400, Rogers, Arkansas 72756 Bids submitted using. Benton County hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. 'Buy America' provisions apply to this project. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution
