Site work for a water / sewer project in Yeadon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 12, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed at this time. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the rehabilitation of manholes, replacement of sanitary sewer pipe, and replacement of laterals in Cypress Street between Baily Road and Longacre Boulevard. The project must begin after June 21, 2023 and be completed by August 25, 2023 while school is not in session. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
