Alberta Parks is preparing to refurbish facilities within WCPP and is seeking consultant services to assess and evaluate options for modernization of the current facilities and amenities. The intent of this RFP is to identify, assess, prioritize and plan for safe, low maintenance, functional, accessible and aesthetically pleasing infrastructure that aligns with the current and future needs of staff and Park patrons. Inclusivity, accessibility and Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) are prioritized government mandates and should be a consideration for all options. Organize the Proposal to clearly and succinctly present the required information. Use the main headings and present the information in the order provided in Section 4 - Proposal Evaluation Form. The Province will receive Proposal in electronic PDF documents only through email no later than the RFP Closing Date and Time as indicated on the cover of the RFP. Submit Proposal by e-mail to the Proposal depository 'E-mail Address' identified at the cover of the RFP. When sending Proposal via e-mail, the Proponent is responsible for ensuring that its Proposal is received before the RFP Closing Date and Time at the Proposal depository e-mail address specified on the cover of the RFP. The Province assumes no responsibility for server availability or any other technical problem that prevents the Proposal from being received by, or opened after, the RFP Closing Date and Time. Submit Proposal as two (2) separate PDF files in one email as follows: .1 PDF package one, RFP Qualifications Submission submitted in unprotected searchable PDF version of the entire package, excluding any fee related information. Clearly indicate in the file name "Qualification Submission". .2 PDF package two, "RFP Fee Proposal Submission" submitted in unprotected searchable PDF version which includes completed RFP Fee Proposal Submission Form or a similar representation of the same information, provided in Section 5. Clearly indicate in the file name "Fee Proposal". File size of both Packages of Proposal should not exceed 10 MB.
