The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, on behalf of Georgia State University Using Agency, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing contractor services for the referenced projects. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project, will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services.
