Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Wayfinding Signage project at Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach Campus, Project Code # 260-B1260-082, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The project is generally comprised of 16 freestanding exterior signs throughout the entire campus. The renovation includes new signage, with the inclusion of civil, structural, and electrical work to allow for the new work. All visitors need to sign in at the virtual receptionist (iPad on the wall in the main lobby.) Bids may be modified as per the Instructions to Bidders using fax number (804) 819-4762 and copying sroberts@vccs.edu. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security is required for any bid regardless of bid amount. The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the time for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion as determined by the A/E.
