Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
To provides general contracting services for the Gillies Creek Trail Phases 2 & 3 projects, that include but not limited to construction of shared-use path, concrete curbs, ADA-accessible curb ramps, crosswalks, pavement markings, signs, grading, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, drainage improvements, mobilization, and other associated work items. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation to the Department of Procurement Services, 900 E. Broad Street Room 1104, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by April 6, 2023, by 5:00 PM.
