A timeline for award has not yet been established.** A surety in the form of a cashier's check drawn on a solvent financial institution, and made payable to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates, or a bond in the amount of 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The surety must be submitted with the bid. Use the bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with ORC 153.571 as specified. Failure to submit the bid bond with the bid will result in disqualification of the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price as a guarantee for the faithful performance thereof.
