Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kansas City, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for HCW2 Pump 5&6 VFD Replacement. The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is seeking proposals from interested proposers for the VFD equipment purchase to replace the existing VFD for HCW2 (Horizontal Collector Well No. 2) Pump 5 & 6 at BPU Nearman Water Treatment Plant. Per the attached specification, proposer shall provide equipment and startup services only. BPU shall be responsible for the install and wiring of the equipment. BPU reserves the right to accept or reject the bid proposals after evaluation. No Pre-proposal conference will be required for this RFP. All questions are sent by email to Jacquelyn Bagby at jbagby@bpu.com by Wednesday, March 22, 2023. BPU will address all questions and send addendums by Friday, March 24, 2023.
