IN PLACE TONTEM 3 470 TON AGGREGATE SHOULDER, IN PLACE (MILLINGS) ITEM 4 2,684 GALLONS ASPHALT PRIME COAT, IN PLACE (SHOULDERS) contract Note: Prevailing wage rates shall apply to this Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon on the forms t s furnished by the Municipality. For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of of the municipality. A per-10% of the bid, made payable to the municipal- ity. For other municipal types it is the discretion formance bond or certi-fied check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Munici- pality reserves the right to reject any or all pro-posals.
