Public notice Smith County Purchasing Director, Jaye Latch, will receive sealed bids at 200 E. Ferguson Street, Ste. 414, Tyler, Texas 75702 until 2:00pm, Wednesday, March 29, 2023 for: RB-26-23 Roadway Improvements to CR 1125 (CR 1113 to Spur 164), CR 1140 and CR 1141. Late bids will not be accepted. Specifications are available on Smith County's website: www.smith-county.com under the Purchasing Department, or by email at purchasing@smith-county.com or by calling 903-590-4720. Bids will be opened in the office of the Purchasing Director for award by the Commissioner's Court. Payments will be processed by the County Auditor after notification of satisfactory receipt of items. Smith County reserves the right to award by unit cost or lump sum discount and waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. Smith County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
