Site work and paving for a civil project in Rockport, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Southeast Aransas Drainage Project will include drainage improvements and related road reconstruction to residential streets in the southeast area of Aransas County 1. Regrade approximately 8 miles of roadside ditches and replace approx. 4,200 LF of side drain pipe 2. Replace approx. 4,500 SY of paved driveways 3. Installation of Approx. 450 LF of concrete box culverts and 12 wingwalls Questions are to be submitted on the CIVCAST website. The deadline for questions is 5:00 pm on Friday April 14 A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to Aransas County or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Aransas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Aransas County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
