Site work for a water / sewer project in Rockport, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Aransas County is seeking construction contractor(s) experienced in providing new construction services for the Bay Shore Drive Shoreline Stabilization Project. The Project includes marine demolition, construction of a new rock groin, construction of a new rock revetment, rock scour protection, new steel sheet pile groins with concrete caps, repairs to existing rock revetments, and planting. The work will take place in various areas along Bay Shore Drive in the Key Allegro Subdivision in Rockport TX. The deadline to ask questions is 6/15/2023 5:00 PM CST. Bidder is not required to visit the Site, but it is highly advised the bidder to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas during normal working hours. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. Work will be substantially complete within 120 days. The Work to be performed under these Drawings and Specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for performing all Work required for mobilizing; demobilizing; conducting surveys; traffic control; third party vibration monitoring; groin construction; revetment construction; scour protection construction; demolition, salvage, and disposal; planting; excavation; fill; protection of the environment and temporary erosion and sediment control.
