Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rockport, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of building and concrete demolition, excavation and backfilling, new concrete foundation and structures, a masonry building, shingles, bathroom plumbing and fixtures, clarifier equipment, digester coarse bubble aeration, thickener equipment, alum. slide gates, valves, ductile iron pipe and fittings, PVC pipe, galv. steel air piping, fiberglass doors, fiberglass grating, alum. handrail, painting, HVAC, electrical, concrete sidewalk, concrete pavement, and miscellaneous related items of work. Bidders must submit a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to City of Rockport, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to City of Rockport in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. Bids without the required check or proposal bond will not be considered. Question Deadline 11/08/2023 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Engineer
