This project consists of Removal of existing stucco and EIFS from the existing building. Preparation of mural walls, removal of existing translucent panels and other material as required for proper installation of new fabric canopies and framing. This project is considered prevailing wage and tax exempt. The contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the services described to remove existing stucco and EIFS from the existing building as well as an exterior renovation of the Library, complying with any necessary external agency inspections/requirements to include but not limited to the following items and comply with all federal, state, and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with customary industry practices.
