Site work for a water / sewer project in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of pond dredging and concrete weir structure replacement at the north-east pond, and various drainage outfall pipe and minor channel improvements at the south-west pond at Stewart Peninsula Golf Course. Additional drainage system pipe improvements located near the intersection of Shoal Creek Dr and Hampton Ct and any other work deemed necessary by The Colony also included. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of amount bid from a Surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, within fifteen (15) days of the bid award. The maintenance bond shall be in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or ten (10%) percent of the amount of the contract, whichever is greater, but not to exceed one hundred (100) percent of the contract amount. The City of The Colony reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of The Colony
