Renovation of a medical facility in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Building Renovations No bid shall be delivered or accepted after the date and hour as designated herein. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashers check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. Checks shall be made payable to Hillsborough Fire District. All bids submitted shall remain valid for sixty (60) days following the date of the receipt of the bids. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall give satisfactory performance guarantees for the faithful performance of the work required until said contract is fulfilled. The Commissioners of Fire District No. 1 in the Township of Hillsborough, County of Somerset, hereby reserve the right to reject any and all bids and further reserve the right to waive any insubstantial irregularities in any bid.
