Work shall be substantially complete within the approved and agreed to time indicated on the Contractor's schedule submitted not to exceed five hundred fifty (550) calendar days after the date of written Notice to Proceed from Calvert County Government to the Contractor or as otherwise directed by Calvert County Government.
