City of Bushnell, Florida (Owner) will receive sealed Bids for Emergency WWTP SBR Tank Repair REBID, CWSRF #60045 which includes subsurface remediation using grouting in vicinity of Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) 4, elevation survey of tank walls, GPR investigation of SBR walls prior to installation of tie rods, installation of tie rods, repair of concrete leaks, cracks, & concrete spalling in SBR 4, final SBR water tightness testing & commissioning. Substantial Completion: within 120 calendar days. Final Completion: within 150 calendar days. Bidding is subject to Section 255.20 Florida Statutes and other applicable Laws and pending funding under the Florida State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program administered by Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Compliance with following is required as a minimum: Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62 503 (Revolving Loan Program), affirmative action and equal employment opportunity provisions; the American Iron and Steel requirements of H.R. 3547 Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 ; the Build American, Buy American requirements, and the Davis Bacon Act.
