Renovation of a mixed-use development in Covina, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be received in the District Purchasing Office at 519 E, Badillo St., Covina, CA 91723. Any bids received after the time specified above or after any extensions due to material changes shall be returned unopened. The District requires the use of only Tramco approved materials on this Project. The bidder must be a Tremco-certified installer. The bidder shall provide, with its bid, a letter from Tremco attesting to its being a certified installer. days. All work must be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the work within the time set forth herein will result in the imposition of liquidated damages for each day of delay as specified in the Information for Bidders form.
