It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to construct landscape and irrigation improvements of the medians and right of way (ROW) on CR 771 (aka Gasparilla Road). The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, establishment and removal of Maintenance of Traffic measures, provision of approved signs and markings, site preparations, and furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and operations necessary to complete the work as indicated in the plans and specifications. All work shall conform within the limits as specified on the Construction Plans and be in conformance with the appropriate Technical Specifications as specified herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for traffic control, maintenance of temporary sidewalks, the restoration of existing street signs, traffic control signs, mailboxes, property corners, existing utilities or any other items disturbed during construction. No Local License(s) required to perform the services. FDOT Certified is required.
