Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Laguna Woods, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of a complete functioning ChargePoint CT40000 dual electric vehicle charging station provided by the City. Work also includes but is not limited to, constructing foundation, and installing signage and legend striping. The Contractor must have an A - General Engineering License or C-10 - Electrical Contractor License in good standing at time of contract award and maintain such in full force and effect for the entire duration of the Contract. No award will be made to a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the California Business and Professions Code. The successful bidder is required to furnish a Labor and Materials Bond in an amount that is one hundred (100%) of the contract and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract; the bonds to be secured by a surety company or surety companies satisfactory to the City Attorney of the City of Laguna Woods. The City of Laguna Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities on a bid, and to make awards in the best interest of the City of Laguna Woods.
