Renovation of a library in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Install aluminum framed glass study room in library at Science Hill High School, Location- 1509 John Exum Pkwy Johnson City, TN 37604. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies as required to install glass partitions per attached drawings and product specifications. The City reserves the right to postpone or reject any or all submittals, to waive informalities and to accept the its judged to be in the best interest of the City. Deadline for Questions or Alternate Consideration is 3/27/23. Department Contact (for Inquiries Only): Brian Ross Bross@johnsoncitytn.org SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for a complete installation, including but not limited to: B. Install aluminum framed glass enclosure in library; Existing flooring, ceiling, and walls remain in place. C. Work to be done during normal business hours. Night and weekend hours are not available. D. All permits and inspections required by any applicable local, state, or federal regulatory agency E. Verify existing site conditions before bidding. Notify owner of potential conflict before commencing work. F. Protect all areas from damage and construction dust. Clean, Repair, or Replace any disturbance or damage caused by construction operations to pre-existing conditions or better. G. Remove and replace furniture as necessary to accomplish work. H. Legally dispose of all removed and excess materials from site
