Site work and paving for a road / highway in Maryville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will include asphalt paving, cold planing of existing streets, pavement striping and other items as shown in the plans. BIDS shall be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or BID Guarantee bond in the amount of no less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to City of Maryville, owner, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The project herein described is to be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
