THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINAGE, SANITARY SEWER, DOMESTIC WATER AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROADWAY, WHICH INCLUDES CURB/GUTTER AND SIDEWALK. PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE ENCASEMENT OF A SECTION OF NEVADA IRRIGATION DISTRICT'S HEMPHILL CANAL. Earthwork/ cut to fill, sub-grade preparation, Dewatering, import or export as necessary to balance Oak Tree Lane and Ferrari Ranch Road right of way, excess material may be placed within the School/ MDR site on the NE corner of Oak Tree Lane and McBean Park Drive for future signal or as directed by the developer, provide all labor, equipment, materials & testing necessary to construct curbs, gutters, sidewalks, median curbs, storm drain pipes, manholes, culverts, D.I's, headwalls, & sewer manholes, pipes, water main pipes, valves, fire hydrants, signal substructure conduit, interconnect conduit, irrigation sleeves, roadside ditches, asphalt pavement, striping, streetlights, site erosion control, and per the SWPPP plans prepared by Holly McClure. The Contractor is to coordinate with the on-site subdivision contractor for connectivity and seamless construction.
