Fencing enclosures around the new HVAC equipment. Includes select demolition and replacement of existing HVAC system including, but not limited to, the removal and installation of air handling unit(s), VAV boxes, exhaust fans, ductwork and building automation system (BAS). Work includes new rooftop AHUs, indoor AHUs, verticle unit vetilators, fan coil units, condensing units, wall louvers, piping, ductwork, and controls for building addition. Refer to plans for additional information. Electrical work consists of, but not limited to demolition of power, lighting and fire alarm. New work consists of, but not limited to power to new circuit breaker panel, light fixtures, and mechanical equipment Estimate of Construction Cost: $1,475,000.00 A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid.
