The duration of the Contract is established for the summer of 2023 (1 period of activities). The start date of the Contract is set around May 1 , 2023. These Services must be performed in accordance with the Quotation, according to the prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. Tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (seao). Electronic Submissions : Submissions may be submitted electronically. If necessary, this transmission can only be made through the electronic tendering system ( www.seao.ca ). The Bidder must accompany its Bid with a bid guarantee , in the lump sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) , issued in one or other of the following forms: a surety bond, a certified check, a money order or bank draft in favor of the PUBLIC BODY . If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the Bid security can only be given in the form of a bond.
