Reference number : 1705610 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish a performance-on-demand contract for asphalt paving repair and rehabilitation work, according to the specific needs of all of the ORGANIZATION's buildings PUBLIC, covering the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert (and their respective boroughs). The CONTRACTOR shall carry out the asphalt paving repair and rehabilitation work in accordance with the Specifications, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. The TENDERER must accompany its Tender with a tender guarantee , in the lump sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) , issued in one or other of the following forms: a bond, a letter of guarantee irrevocable, a certified cheque, money order or bank draft in favor of the PUBLIC BODY . If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the Bid guarantee can only be given in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee.
