Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hudson's Hope, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Work of this Contract is detailed in the Contract Documents and includes provision of labour, services, Products, materials, Construction Equipment, services, incidentals, and Temporary Work as required for performance of the Work, including but not limited to the following: 1. Removal and offsite disposal of any existing onsite structures as per Contract Documents; excavating; reuse of onsite soils; import of site fill; backfilling; compacting materials; grading and stockpiling works as per Drawings and Specifications; 2. Provide lock-blocks for retaining walls, lock block recycling bunkers, railings, drains, ditches and swales, riprap, chain link fence and gates; 3. Design, supply and install provide recycling shed, re-use shed, and staff warming booth; 4. Relocation of existing pre-fabricated attendants shelter and potable and septic tanks; 5. Temporary attendant shelter and bathroom facility during relcation of permanent shelter; 6. Provide traffic control; 7. Construct reinforced concrete pads; 8. Provide pre-cast concrete slabs; 9. Construct landscaping; 10. Coordinate with suppliers of Owner-supplied Products, if any; 11. Provide site electrical supply including lighting, poles, site security cameras, connections to attendant booth, recycling shed, share shed, and compactor, and coordination with BC Hydro; 12. Provide site fencing and gates; and 13. General clean-up of Place of Work including new entrance and demobilization. Documents can be obtained from https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca/
