The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contractors Performance Bond and a Labor and Material men Bond in an amount of the accepted bid. The Surety Company and form of surety shall be subject to the approval of Tinicum Township, Delaware County, PA. The Bond Company should have no less than an rating (Best Rating) and provide documentation of their authority to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
