Closed Circuit television inspection of the Chrome Run Interceptor. The project involves the CCTV inspection of the Chrome Run Interceptor. The work will involve bypassing all flows from each section of the interceptor in order to properly complete the work. Each section will need light cleaning and possibly heavy cleaning as defined in the contract specifications, as well as inspection using CCTV equipment. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/7/2023 5:00 PM Paper bids will not be accepted for this Project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. The Owner reserves the right to award the contracts in whole or in parts. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, on the form provided, security in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to submit with their bid a Qualification Statement to the Middletown Township Sewer Authority. Forms are contained in the Specifications, and bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have submitted this form in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to comply with the provisions of the "Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967" of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 385 of 1967, P.L. 869; 8 P. S. 191 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
