Polly Pipe pull through underground and put back to ground level. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
