Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

On behalf of the School District of Osceola County, SEMCO CONSTRUCTION, INC., the Construction Manager for the Poinciana High School Modify Drop Off Area in Kissimmee, Florida, is soliciting subcontractor and supplier proposals. The design scope of the request is to construct a car pathway along the perimeter within the student parking area. Vehicles will enter the lot from the main driveway and be directed with the use of fencing and/or concrete curbs along the perimeter of the lot. The cars will discharge and pick up students in the new designated area at the NE corner of the lot. The inner parking area of the lot will still be used for student parking as well as overflow as needed. A pedestrian crossing pathway will be need at the entrance to the student parking lot. The crossing is now required due to the location of the drop-off and pick up area located on the opposite side of the vehicle entrance and exit. A Civil Design Engineer will need to be contracted to develop the required scope and routing of cars and development of Pedestrian crossing in the high traffic lane. The project includes the following scopes of work: Site Demolition, Concrete Sidewalks, Site Electrical, Sitework/Paving/Storm, Sodding, and Fencing.
