ADA Curb Ramps, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Asphalt Pulverizing, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Sitework/Excavating and Grading The project scope consists of milling and overlaying or reclaiming and paving the streets as designated on the plans in Byron, MN. New concrete walk will be constructed along both sides of the streets designated as reclaim and pave and new pedestrian ramps will be constructed at all the designated street intersections shown on the plans. Site Directions: Highway 14 west from Rochester to 2nd Avenue NW in Byron, then right on to 2nd Avenue NW to 4th Street NW, then left on to 4th Street NW to 9th Street NW, then right onto 9th Street NW The extent of the work involved is furnishing all labor and materials for construction of the 2023 Street Improvements together with related subsidiary and incidental work including: The project consists of 14,325 SY of reclamation of the existing pavement, 4,165 to bituminous pavement, 31,365 SF of 4" concrete walk, 1,910 SF of 6" concrete walk, and 1,190 LF concrete curb & gutter. The method of construction shall be by Contract and all work is to be done in strict compliance with plans and specifications prepared by WHKS & Co., 2905 South Broadway, Rochester, Minnesota 55904 which have heretofore been approved by the City Council and are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Administrator.
