The City of Tifton invites the submittal of proposals from professional contractors to address water intrusion issues from the exterior of the Historic Tift Theatre. The City of Tifton, Georgia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals; and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Tifton. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all conditions are met. Addressing water intrusion in the facility by repairing the buildings exterior walls, including removal of vegetation, cleaning, repairing, repointing of mortar joints and water seal on the exterior of the facility. 2) Restoration/replacement of all damaged brick and repoint all missing or deteriorating mortar.
