Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Construction Professional Services (CP) For Tift County School District Removal of Old and Construction of New Tennis Courts at Tift County High School Tifton, Georgia. Tift County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities Solicitation. 1.Tift County Schools is soliciting proposals for tearing out and building new (10) tennis courts at TCHS. 2. The tennis courts had water coming up on one court. The installer will need to ensure that all water and drainage issues are addressed. This includes water under the courts and ensuring that the drainage for the courts does not flow to any of the existing facilities beside the tennis courts. Tear out and build 10 new tennis courts. -Remove and reinstall all court fencing -Tear all existing asphalt and reuse it as base material or remove it completely from site -Add appropriate base material , and compact to meet standards -Have appropriate base material at appropriate thickness -Apply appropriate thickness (after compaction) of new asphalt -Install 10 sets of net post sleeves and 10 center anchor pipes. Reinstall net posts and nets. FINISH COLORS TO BE SELECTED BY OWNER. -Paint 10 sets of regulation 2" white lines for courts. -All debris must be removed from the site. -One year material and workmanship warranty. -Courts should meet USTA standards
