Renovation of a municipal facility in Anaheim, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,220-square-foot municipal facility.

The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete tenant improvement of a new 5,220 sq. ft. Butler building shell and core. This is a fast-track project, with qualification requirements. Coordination with City vendors and concurrent work on another structure on the same campus shall be underway. The engineer's estimate for this project is $750,000. Bidders must be registered on the City of Placentia's PlanetBids portal in order to receive addendum notifications and to submit a bid. Go to PlanetBids for bid results and awards. It is the responsibility of the bidder to submit the bid with sufficient time to be received by PlanetBids prior to the bid opening date and time. Allow time for technical difficulties, uploading, and unexpected delays. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, WITH THE BID PROPOSAL SHALL BE JUST CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
