The Contract involves the competitive solicitation of Full Depth Reclamation and/or Mill and Overlay of Cosell Drive from Martina Drive to Martina Drive, Wellslee Drive from Martina Drive to Martina Drive, Elrock Drive from Mill Road to Hollywell Avenue, Overlea Court to Elrock Drive, Martina Drive from Hollywell Avenue to Elrock Drive, Suelinn Drive from Cosell Drive to Martina Drive, Roseann Drive from Martina Drive to Martina Drive, Debrina Court to Suelinn Drive, West Vine Street from Riddle Alley to terminus, Wolf Avenue from West Vine Street to West Commerce Street, and 5th Avenue from South of Entrance to AMVets, North 994 feet. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to accompany with a Bid. A performance and payment bond or certified check each in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder after the contract is awarded. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry depending on the amount bid.
