Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Floor Covering Replacement . Adamstown Elementary Reading Room . High School IPC Rooms . High School Main Hallway . High School Cafeteria Serving Area . High School Patch in Areas Prospective Bidders are advised that this project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders shall prepare their bids after giving consideration to the applicability of said Pennsylvania Wage Act to the work involved, and to all other laws and regulations, State or Federal, applicable to the project. Any questions related to the clearance process can be directed to the Human Resources Office by calling 717- 336-1417. All work shall be completed between June 12, 2023 and July 28, 2023. A Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the Bid naming the owner as oblige. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond on a form provided by the Bidders and executed by a corporate surety qualified to do business in Pennsylvania. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract sum, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and General Conditions of the Contract. Such bond shall be executed on a form approved by the School District and shall be solely for the protection of the School District. The Cocalico School Board reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids.
