As of May 12, 2023, project was awarded to Playgroundsafe LLC , awarded amount is $184,307.75 . The work includes the removal of the existing playground areas and the construction of a new playground and associated site work improvements. Requests for bids are issued from the Purchasing Department with an advertisement placed in the The Daily Herald a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled opening of the bid.
