Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders for the provision of green space maintenance services in its establishments for a period of 3 years. The Lester B. Pearson School Board currently owns fifty-three (53) buildings. The snow removal service is required for 46 of its buildings. The buildings of the School Board are located on the territory of the island of Montreal in the following cities: Baie-D'Urfé, Beaconsfield, LaSalle, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Dorval, Hudson, Kirkland, Lachine, Pierrefonds, Pointe Claire, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Verdun. All of these buildings are within a radius of 60 km from the administrative centre, itself located in Dorval. The days and hours of opening of the School Board offices for the receipt of tenders are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The tenderer is responsible for obtaining an acknowledgment of receipt when submitting his tender. In the event that the School Board has to close its doors due to exceptional circumstances, the deadline and time for the receipt and opening of tenders will be postponed to the next business day, at the same location. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS This public call for tenders is subject to the following liberalization agreements: ALEC, ACCQO, CETA. CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 5 years, starting May 1, 2023 . SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The service provider must accompany its bid with a bid guarantee valid for a period of 45 days from the deadline date and time set for the receipt of bids, representing 10% of the total amount submitted for the first year. of the contract, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a bond issued by a company legally authorized to stand surety for the School Board, a certified check in the name of the School Board or an irrevocable letter of guarantee in accordance with the provisions of sample letter of guarantee provided in the appendix, issued by a bank, a savings or credit union or by a trust or savings company. RESERVE The School Board does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
