Site work for a water / sewer project in Albion, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and equipment for: Construction of two new ditches and installation of a Smooth Interior Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe with both inlet and outlet slope protection using stone fill and galvanized steel end sections of pipe. CR Number: 2096385 Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 45 days Construction will be on the north side of West County House Road according to plan. The forgoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the Contract. Contract Documents may be mailed (book rate) to prospective bidders upon request. A separate check of $15.00 (made payable to Orleans County Department of Public Works) is required to cover postage. Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided addenda. The project must be completed by July 31, 2023. Bid envelope must have project name, bid date, and bid time on envelope. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Orleans County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
