2023 Annual Road Project Each Bidder shall take note of the following additions/changes, revisions, or clarifications of the Bid Documents for the above referenced project and shall bid accordingly. CHANGES/REVISIONS: 1. BID FORM A. Remove and Destroy: Page 18 of 19 "Bid Form" from the Bid Documents. Insert: The enclosed revised Page 18 of 19 "Bid Form" marked "Revised Addendum No. 1 into "Bid Form" of the Bid Documents. Note: Each Bidder shall use the Revised Bid Form page for submission of the Bids for this Project. Note: Changes are in bold italicized type. Description of Bid Item 5.B. has been revised to per ton. The project includes road milling and super pave material installation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted no less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening Bids to the Engineer in writing, by email or standard mail at: Systems Design Engineering, Inc., 1032 James Drive, Leesport, PA 19533 ATTN: Michael W.
