Over the next ten (10) years, the Foundation anticipates purchasing an estimated $50,000,000 of furniture, fixtures and equipment ("FF&E"). The Foundation is also committed to expanding the market beyond its institutions, addressing adjacent education systems, in concert with the supplier partner. Adjacent markets such as the California State University, University of California, and K-12 institutions, may increase the potential spend. In that spirit, the Foundation is seeking strong collaborative corporate partners in accomplishing shared objectives. The Foundation anticipates entering into multiple master agreements (Agreement) with Respondents that submit the highest scoring responsive and responsible Proposals to this RFP. Section V, Item E.3 provides further detail on the intent of multiple awards. The Agreements enable the Foundation, all CCC, CSU and AICCU member institutions, public and private agencies (Participating Agencies) to utilize the agreements for their respective needs. Scoring is described in Section V of this RFP. Respondents awarded a contract pursuant to this RFP will be required to offer FF&E and services described herein to all Participating Agencies on the contract pricing, terms and conditions described in this RFP and in the Proposal submitted by the successful respondents.
