MDCPS Project No: 01422800 Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Miscellaneous sitework, fire alarm upgrade/replacement, selective exterior & interior painting, selective interior finishes removal/repair/replace, selective restrooms alterations, exterior stucco repairs, playground shade structure replacement, asphalt coating replacement & re-striping, light fixture replacements, electrical upgrades, new covered walkway, new additional visitors parking and safety to life repairs, exterior & interior doors and frames (including hardware) replacement, selective mechanical, electrical and plumbing (m/e/p) work, incidental cutting and patching work, replacement of existing multi-purpose hard court basketball goal (rim/net/backboard), miscellaneous chain-link fencing.
