The City of Beacon intends to construct an Addition & Renovations to the existing Beacon Fire Station and is seeking sealed bids for MULTIPLE CONTRACTS from General Construction Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Plumbing Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Fire Sprinkler Contractors, Geothermal Contractors, and Sitework Contractors for this Multi-Prime Contract Project. This is a public work project and, as such, Wick's Law and Prevailing Wage requirements do apply. All coordination of work will be the responsibility of the General Construction Contractor (GCC) selected for the project. All questions asked verbally MUST be followed up with a submitted Request for Information (RFI) to be considered a formal bid RFI response. All submitted RFI's will be answered via addenda.
